What I'm working on
Responsible Innovation
Responsible Innovation is my advisory practice for leadership teams working through what AI means for their organization.
I help teams build shared understanding, establish practical safeguards, and decide what deserves attention next.
Okaya
I lead engineering at Okaya, where we are building AI-supported mental-readiness tools for firefighters, first responders, and other high-impact teams.
The work brings together software engineering, AI evaluation, product development, and the responsibility that comes with building for people doing difficult work.
Central Pennsylvania technology community
I help organize CPOSC and TechLancaster events, speak at conferences and meetups, and contribute to the conversations that connect people working in technology across the region.
