Penn State / PA Governor’s Office Innovation Talk

Last week, I had the honor of speaking at Penn State Harrisburg and the PA Governor’s Office of Innovation's innovation program for state employees.

During the session, we delved into:

- Lessons learned from my current startup and the hurdles of introducing new technology to the market - Strategies for identifying the root causes hindering adoption - Crafting impactful positioning statements with emotional resonance using "so that" statements

I concluded by sharing a set of insightful discovery questions I rely on and illustrating how these questions can pave the way for more precise, human-centered issue statements.
